Our leather bands are made up of different microfibre bundles as well as raw and recycled materials. They are eco friendly towards the environment as well as the people who create the leather. There are also no nasty chemicals involved in the process of manufacturing our bands. All watch bands have a quick release function making it easy to interchange bands with watches.

If you are for any reason unhappy with your online purchase, we will gladly accept exchange or return of full price, unworn, unmarked goods. 

We request that goods be returned to the the below address within 14 days of the received date. 
Change of mind requests are to be raised to our attention and returned within 7 days from when the order has been received.
Any products returned to us with marks, scratches, lost and broken pieces or any other stains will not be refunded or exchanged. 

Any customs charges are responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds given will always be minus 10% of the goods total (not including shipping) as the money from your purchase will have already been donated to the organisation you have selected.
Return shipping for the goods is to be paid for by the customer if the goods are being returned outside the 14 day return window.

Time IV Change watches come with a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This means that if the materials in or on your watch aren't right or if the watch isn't put together correctly, we will repair or replace it.
